Mediators and Arbitrators of America have developed a one-day class to proactively address your clients and family law participants who have been accused of abusive behavior and/or domestic violence.

Successful graduates receive a certificate that confirms that they have attended a class, taught by professionals who are leaders in their fields, which reviews sensitive approaches to curb even the “perception” of abusive behavior.

This class will discuss and focus on such issues as:
